Can I create my own registrations that will collect payments?

Admins cannot create monetary registrations out of the box, but if you would like the option, you can discuss it with your account manager.

How can I refund a registrant?

Do registrants need to create an account when they register?

Creating an account is highly recommended but optional. There are benefits to creating a SportsEngine HQ account before Registration, such as:

  • Pre-populated registration information.

  • Registration receipts are stored in the user dashboard.

  • The option to pay in installment plans.

  • The ability to update their payment information at a later time.

Can I edit the Who are you registering? Review or Shopping Cart pages?

No. These pages are hard coded across the SportsEngine HQ platform and cannot be altered at any time.

How do I turn my Registration on?

How do I delete a registration order that was paid online?

An order cannot be deleted after a registrant has paid. However, the order can be set to Inactive. Click HERE to learn how.

How do I download auto forms from my Registration?

How do I create discount codes?

Two types of discount codes may be created:

  • Individual Discount Code - A unique, system-generated discount code that may only be redeemed once by an individual.

  • Custom Discount Code - A custom discount code that can be shared on social media and used by multiple registrants.

Are users able to update their registration entries?

Users cannot update registration entries by default. If you would like to enable the feature, please contact our customer success team to discuss the potential pitfalls before having the feature enabled.
