You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to edit registration entries.

Before registration can be made inactive, the registration entry must be found. Use one of the two methods below.

Method 1: Find the Registrant Using an Order Number

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on the Registration tab, then choose Financial Summary.

  3. In the top menu, click Orders.

  4. Click Search Orders.

  5. Check Search by Order Number.

  6. Input the "Order Number" into the field and click Search.

  7. On the left side, click on the registrant's Entry.

Method 2: Find the Registrant in the Registration

  1. Sign in and turn on Edit Mode.

  2. On the top-left corner of the screen, click on the HQ Home icon.

  3. Click on the Registration tab, then choose Registrations.

  4. Click on the "title" the registrant is in.

  5. Scroll down and choose Quick Report.

  6. Click on Fields, Add a Rule of First Name/Last Name, then input the registrant's information.

  7. Click Update Quick Report.

  8. On the left side, click on the registrant's Entry.

Mark Inactive

  1. On the top of the registration entry under Entry Status, change the option from "Active" to "Inactive."

When using registration Quick Reports or Saved Reports, use the Entry Status filter to view only active or inactive registrations.
