You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to register someone manually.
If a registrant has difficulties registering themselves, follow the steps below to register someone as "A Person Unconnected to My Account."
NOTE: A 100% admin discount must be applied at checkout to complete registration for monetary registrations.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on the Registration tab, then choose Registrations.
Click on the registration "URL" you are trying to register someone.
The registration must be enabled before you can register someone.
On the "Welcome" page of the registration, in the top-right corner, click on User Mode.
Scroll down and click Continue.
On the "Who Are You Registering" page, choose the option that says A Person (or Team) Unconnected to My Account.
Go through the registration and answer all the questions on behalf of the registrant.
If the registration collects payments, you must use a 100% off admin discount code on the shopping cart page.
Discount codes are created under Financials > Discounts > Add Discount.
