Membership Information

NOTE:

  • The "USSA Registration Fields" question group should be used if adding this functionality to a registration session.

  • This question group does not contain the "USSA Membership ID" field. You will need to create a separate page for this field, that comes before the page containing the other set of questions, select "Choose an Existing Question" and search for the field labeled "USSA Membership ID". Once you locate it add it to the appropriate page that was created.

  • Additionally, the “Required Fields” cannot be removed from the registration session. Doing so will cause the registration session to error out. If there is a “required field” that you don't want to include in the form, make that field “hidden” so it doesn't show up for general members.

Within the settings for the USSA Membership ID field you must set the appropriate options for “Membership Status” and “Membership Type”. Below are the options available for each.

Membership Statuses: Both statuses can be selected if an organization would like to allow both options.

  • Current

  • Non-Current

Membership Types: Both types can be selected if an organization would like to allow both options.

  • Alpine Competitor

  • Freestyle Competitor

How to Add a USSA Membership ID Validating Question

NOTE:

  • It would be best to copy a past registration with USSA membership validation fields if you have one.

  • This article will outline how to add all validating fields to a new, blank registration.

  1. Navigate to the "Welcome Page" of your registration you are creating.

  2. Click into Edit Mode.

  3. On the left side of the screen, click Add New Form.

  4. In the Form Name field, input a name.

    • e.g. "USSA Membership ID"

  5. Click Save Form.

  6. Within the form you just created, click Choose a Question.

  7. Search for "USSA Membership ID".

  8. Click on the question USSA Membership ID.

  9. That question will now be added to your registration.

  10. After adding the USSA Membership ID question, to the right of the question, click on the gray gear icon.

  11. Under The Question Format Is..., and next to Membership Statuses Accepted and Valid Membership Types, choose your option(s).

  12. Click Save Question.

  13. After adding the USSA Membership ID question, on the left-side of the screen, click Add New Form.

  14. In the Form Name field, input a name.

    • e.g. "USSA Information"

  15. Click Save Form.

  16. Within the form you just created, click Add Question or Page Element.

  17. Under Add Questions, click Choose a Question Group.

  18. In the search bar, type in "USSA Registration Fields – SE Profile".

  19. Click on the question group USSA Registration Fields – SE Profile.

    • Those questions will now be added to your registration.
