You must have Full Access or Limited Access - Registration Builder permissions to add to Registrations.
This article outlines how to add the USA Hockey question group to registration and the requirements for successful membership validation.
The USA Hockey Confirmation Number (USAH #) question must be on a separate page before the Contact Information.
Use the USA Hockey Player Information question group to collect all the necessary registrant details.
No required fields can be moved or removed from the registration session. Doing so will result in registration errors. If there are required fields you wish to exclude, make the fields hidden so they do not show up for general members.

How to Add a USA Hockey Membership ID Validating Question
Helpful Tip! If you already have a registration with USA Hockey membership validation fields, copy your past registration to save time.
Navigate to the Welcome Page of the registration you are creating.
Click into Edit Mode.
On the left side of the screen, click Add New Form.
In the Form Name field, input a name.
e.g., "Contact Information"
Click Save Form.
Click Add New Form again.
In the Form Name field, input a name.
e.g., "USA Hockey Question"
Click Save Form.
Click, drag, and drop the USA Hockey Question form to the top of the pages underneath the Who Are You Registering form.
Click on the Contact Information page you created.
Click Add Question or Page Element.
Under Add Questions, click Choose a Question Group.
In the search bar, type in "USA Hockey Player Information."
Click the USA Hockey Player Information question group to add them to the registration.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the USA Hockey Confirmation Number question.
Click on the gray gear icon > Edit.
Under The Question Format Is..., next to Confirmation Year Number(s), input the last digit of the second year that coincides with the correct season. For example:
2 - 2021-2022
3 - 2022-2023
4 - 2023 - 2024
Click Save Question.
Click on the gray gear icon again, and choose Move.
Next to Select Form, click the dropdown and choose the USA Hockey Question form created in the previous step.
Click Move Page Element.
Update USA Hockey Membership Number Validation
On the USA Hockey Confirmation Number question, click the gear icon > Edit.
Update the Confirmation Year Number(s) field to the current year check digit. Multiple year check digits may be included by adding their respective digits separated by commas.
Click Save Question.
