You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Website" permissions to move a page.
NOTE: Responsive and Non-Responsive website themes differ.
Sign in to your site and turn on Edit Mode.
Go to the page that needs to be moved.
Scroll down and click on the yellow Options button.
Underneath Options, choose <- Move Page.
Choose a new location for the page or click the site name at the top to move it to the main menu.
Click Move Page.
