You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Website" permissions to edit pages.
Sign in to the site and turn on Edit Mode.
Go to the page that needs to be edited.
Scroll down and click on the yellow Options button.
Underneath Options, choose Edit Page Details.
Make your changes and click Save Changes.
