You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Website" permissions to move pages.
Sign in to the site and turn on Edit Mode.
Go to the page that needs to move.
Scroll down and click on the yellow Options button.
Underneath Options, choose <- Move Page.
Choose a new location for the page or click the site name at the top to move it to the main menu.
Click Move Page.
