If a member's profile is missing information, a membership cannot be purchased for them.
Admins now have the ability to add that missing information during an on-behalf-of membership purchase. Admins can do this by:
Sign-in and navigate to "SportsEngine HQ"
On the left-hand navigation click the "Affiliation Name" > Governing Seasons.
Find the desired governing season and select Teams.
In the list of Teams, on the right-hand side of the page under Actions choose Buy Memberships.
Click Review Order.
A popup will show how many people do not have complete information in the order, click Add Information.
Fill in the missing information in the form.
Once complete click Continue.
Continue to purchase desired memberships for members.
