Admins of affiliated organizations can grant permissions to organization admins from their parent organization or their National Governing Body (NGB). Granting Affiliation Access to admins allows them to purchase memberships, roster teams, and update schedules in addition to viewing other "SportsEngine HQ" features.
Parent Organization Admins
As a parent organization admin with Affiliation Access, you can access the following "SportsEngine HQ" menu tabs for your affiliated organization(s).
Home
Directory
Memberships
Season Management
Affiliated Admins
Within Organization Settings, you can grant organization admins from your parent organization or NGB access to the Home, Directory, Memberships, and Season Management tabs of your "SportsEngine HQ."
How to Grant Affiliation Access
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left-hand navigation, click Settings > Organization Settings.
Scroll to the Affiliation Access module.
Toggle access on/off for the needed parent organization(s).
