NOTE: Your organization must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription to utilize any Membership and Eligibility functionality.

  1. Sign in to “SportsEngine HQ.”

  2. In the left-hand navigation click Members > Memberships.

  3. In the top-right corner of the screen, click Add Memberships.

  4. Input the following:

    • Membership Name

      • We recommend you include the year(s) the membership is valid. I.e. Player Membership "21-22" if applicable, for clearer reporting.

    • Price of Membership

      • In order to charge a fee, Financial Settings must be set up.

    • Validity date range

    • Brief description

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select any needed Rules for your Membership. This will help ensure only the correct members will see it.

    • Age Rules: Select age parameters so only participants of certain ages or age ranges are eligible for the membership.

    • Role Rules: Limit membership purchase based on roles assigned to your participants, e.g. Coach, Official, or Staff.

  7. (Optional) Select any desired additional eligibility requirements. Eligibility will help to track the progress of requirements needed for the membership.

    • NOTE: Eligibility options include electronic documents such as waiver(s), background screening, and APS.

    • Background Screening and APS requires additional configuration, please CONTACT Customer Success to access these eligibility options.

  8. Input a welcome message and select when the email will be sent. When finished, click Next.

  9. Define when you would like to make the membership available for purchase. When finished, click Next.

  10. Click Save.
