Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Financials > Orders.
Locate and click the correct order, using the search bar and filters as necessary.
In the top-right corner, click Create New Order.
In the Choose items dropdown, select the necessary sale item, then click Apply.
Repeat this step for multiple sale items as needed.
Adjust item quantities accordingly.
If desired, type a message to send with the order.
Click Next.
Select a date to collect the payment.
To reduce the amount due, check the Apply Credit box.
Enter the Credit Amount and the Reason for Credit.
Click Next.
Review the order details and click Create order.
