How to Create or Update Inventory on a Registration

You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Registration Builder" permissions to edit registrations.

NOTE: When a sale item with inventory is attached to multiple choices or registrations, the system subtracts the same set inventory from across all item applications upon sale.

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click the Registration tab, then choose Registrations.

  3. Locate the needed registration.

  4. Under the Action column, click the three dots icon > Registration Site.

  5. On the registration "Welcome" page, click Edit Mode.

Create Inventory

NOTE: Before adding sale items and inventory, you must first enable the registration.

  1. Navigate to the registration question that needs inventory added.

  2. Next to the correct option, click Attach Sale Item.

  3. Click on the sale item to attach.

  4. Scroll down and check the box for "Limit the total quantity to sell."

  5. Enter the number of times the attached item can be sold.

  6. Click Attach Sale Item.

Update Inventory

NOTE: You can only update inventory on sale items with pre-existing inventory. Updates made to inventory will impact the sale item as it is applied across all registrations and invoices.

  1. Navigate to the registration option to which the Sale Item is attached.

  2. In the Available to Sell section, click Edit.

  3. Input the new inventory total and click Save.
