You must have "Full Access" permissions to grant permissions.

Permissions allow for a single member or group to have specific access to a particular area of HQ or page on the website. Roles are real-world titles used for a job within an organization; roles do not provide any level of access to HQ.

Granting Permissions from the Member Directory

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. In the left-hand navigation, click Members > Directory.

  3. Use the filters to find the desired member(s) to whom you wish to grant permission.

  4. Click Admins.

  5. Click the members "Name" on the left-hand side of the page.

    • If the member does not exist in your directory, click Add Person, fill out the name and email, and skip to step 7.

    • To give permissions to an existing member, navigate to the People tab, click on their name to access their profile, and move on to the next step.

  6. Click Permissions.

  7. In the permissions card, click the grey pencil icon.

  8. Fill in the corresponding bubble to grant the member either full or limited access permissions.

  9. Enter in the desired Role you would like to assign to the member.

  10. When finished, click Save.
