You cannot delete a question if a registrant has already answered it. 

You will need to <a href="https://intercom.help/SportsEngine/en/articles/6345615-how-to-hide-a-registration-question" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">hide the question</a> for it to no longer appear on your registration session.
