When a player purchases memberships for two clubs within a region, a region admin needs to approve or deny the request.
Log in to "SportsEngine HQ".
From the left navigation menu, click Members > Memberships.
To the right of the Membership Requests notification, click View.
To the right of the player, under Actions, click Review.
Review Existing & Requesting Club details before Approving or Denying.
Click Approve to approve the Membership Request.
Click Deny to deny the Membership Request.
If you are unsure, select I don't know, I need more information, beneath Need more info?
To continue, click Next.
If you select I don't know, I need more information; you will have the option to message the parties involved.
Select and verify the people you want to message and click Message Clubs. This will open an email in your device's preferred email system.
Once clarification is received from the clubs, you may approve/deny the membership request starting at step 1.
To the right of the requesting club, choose either Approve or Deny.
To verify your decision, click the Approve or Deny button.
