You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Website" permissions to the pages to which you will be adding the privacy policy.
By using the website, SportsEngine generally serves as the service provider handling personal information on your behalf. You are still encouraged to provide your company-specific privacy policy and should consult legal counsel to draft your privacy policy to identify and comply with legal requirements.
You will first need to draft your Privacy Policy. We have a Privacy Policy Template to use as a starting point. Copy and paste this template into your favorite text editing software. Edit the template to suit your organization's needs, and save it as a PDF before proceeding with the steps below.
Sign in and go to "SportsEngine HQ."
From the left navigation menu, click Website > Website Settings.
From the top of the page, click the Privacy Policy tab.
Click Choose File.
Find, select and Open the Privacy Policy PDF from your saved files.
To finish, click Upload File.
