Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ".
In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.
Find the desired season.
Messages can be sent to a team(s) or division(s).
To message a specific team, click Teams.
To message a specific division, click Division.
If Teams was selected, click the three dots > Send Message.
Messages can also be sent to individual teams by clicking the three dots under Actions and Send Message.
If Divisions was selected, click Send Message.
Fill out the desired Team(s) or Division(s), Recipients, Subject, and Message.
Messages can be sent to all by checking the box in the top right-hand corner.
Recipients include:
All Players and Staff
All Players
All Staff
When finished, click Send.
