You will need "Full Access" permissions to unpublish/archive a membership.
Your organization must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription to utilize any Memberships and Eligibility functionality.
To remove a membership from being purchased or applied, the membership must be unpublished or archived.
Unpublished will remove the option for the membership to be purchased. Archiving a membership will permanently remove it from being able to be applied or purchased.
Unpublishing a Membership
In the left-hand navigation, click Members > Memberships.
Click on the desired membership "Name".
On the top right-hand side of the page in the Availability card, click the grey pencil icon.
Click the Unpublished bubble.
Click Save.
To Re-publish a Membership
In the left-hand navigation, click Members > Memberships.
Click on the desired membership "Name".
On the top right-hand side of the page in the Availability card, click the grey pencil icon.
Click the Publish bubble.
Click Save.
Archiving a Membership
In the left-hand navigation, click Members > Memberships.
Click on the desired membership "Name".
In the upper right-hand corner, click Archive.
Click Archive.
Archiving a membership CANNOT be undone.
