You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to view status.
Log in and navigate to "SportsEngine HQ. "
Click Members > Directory.
Above the search bar, click Groups.
Click the All Active Groups drop-down next to the search bar and select Smart Groups.
Click the Smart Group beneath the Name column.
Click the three vertical dots > Edit Columns in the upper right.
Select which information you want to pull data from Registration, Profile, or Membership.
If you select Registration or Membership, choose the Registration/Membership you need to pull information from.
Click +Add on any of the sets of information that you would like to add as a column.
Drag to arrange the columns' display order, if necessary.
Click Done in the lower right-hand corner.
Need to share this report with others? Export the report with Current View or share the URL with the Smart Group; HQ access is needed.
