How to View Transactions

You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Financials" permissions to view transaction history.

Transactions are all the financial activity within the organization, including registration payments and invoices. View the transaction's date, ID, description, payment method, amount, and status.

Transactions statuses can be:

  • Approved - The payment is completed.

  • Declined - The payment failed. For example, this can be due to insufficient funds or expired payment methods.

  • Charged Back - The charge was disputed. Click here to learn more about chargebacks.

  • Partially Refunded - A partial refund was issued for the transaction.

  • Fully Refunded - A full refund was issued for the transaction.

To View Transactions:

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on the Financials tab and choose Transactions.

  3. Use the search bar to find a registrant, or click on the Transaction ID number under the Transactions column.

    • You can also click on the Sale ID number under the Sale column to view the related invoice sent, payment dates, activity, and notes.
