It is possible to unsubscribe from all organization emails and still be cc'd to some forms of communication.

If this happens, you are likely added as a Guardian to an account or linked as a contact to someone else's subprofile.

To stop these emails, you must reach out to the profile you are a Guardian/Contact of and ask them to remove you or manage the communication you are copied on.
