I am Unable to Click Contact Help

You must have admin permissions in order contact help. If you are an admin, but do not see the "Contact Help" button at all, ensure you're logged into the account with admin access.

NOTE: Parents/Guardians must contact their organization's admin directly for questions relating to registration, a website, or payments.

If you are unable to view the blue Need Help? icon, please disable your UBlock or AdGuard extension. Do this by clicking the appropriate icon from the Mac Ribbon or Browser Extensions, and slide the toggle to or click Disable.

If you are clicking "Contact Help" and the button closes without opening the chat window, please follow these steps:

Using Chrome Browser

  1. Sign out of your Account.

  2. Go to your browser's History and click Show Full History.

  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Select Cached Images and Files and hit Clear Data.

  5. Sign back into your account.

Helpful Tip! Sometimes Chrome browsers have a pop-up blocker installed. If yours is on, please turn it off.

Using Firefox Browser

  1. Sign out of your Account.

  2. Click the menu button and choose Preferences.

  3. Click the Privacy & Security panel.

  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.

  5. Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

  6. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

  7. Sign back into your account.
