How to Roster Using the Rostering Tool

You will need "Webmaster" or "Registration" and "Team Page" permissions to roster.

Assigning a rostered staff member as a Coach or a Team Manager gives the user "Admin" access to TeamCenter and the Mobile App.

NOTE: To use the Rostering Tool, your players/coaches must have filled out a registration entry. You will also need to create your Team Pages first.

Step 1: Access the Rostering Tool

  1. Sign in and click on the HQ Home icon at the top of your screen.

  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on the Competition tab, then choose Rostering.

Step 2: Use Filters to Find Players and Staff

  1. Underneath Rostering, choose either the Assign Players or the Assign Staff tab.

  2. Under Select a registration to manage people within choose a Registration session.

    • The Registration session must be enabled to pull players/staff.

  3. Click Filter and use Keywords, Birthdate Range, Gender, Rostered Status, or Team as filters

  4. Click Apply Filters to see your results.

Step 3: Use Filters to Find Teams

  1. On the right-hand side, click Filter from the Teams column.

  2. Select a League/Season/Subseason/Division to pull teams from.

  3. Use Gender, Team, and Keywords as advanced filters if needed.

  4. Click Apply Filters to see your results.

Step 4: Roster the Players and Staff

  1. Check the box next to the player(s) or coach(es) name.

  2. Click, drag, and drop the players/coaches over to their team.
