This functionality is currently in beta. If you want to use the tool but do not yet have it enabled, please contact your account manager.
Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.
Locate the desired season and click Schedule.
On the right side of the page, click the three-dot icon > Import Schedule.
Ensure you have downloaded and filled out the .CSV template with the required fields. Required fields include:
Event Type: Game or Event.
Event Name: Required for events only.
Date: MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD/YY or YYYY/MM/DD format.
Start Time: HH:MM AM/PM format.
End Time: HH:MM AM/PM format.
Home Team: Division Name > Team Name format. Required for games only.
Away Team: Division Name > Team Name, or TBD format. Required for games only.
Teams: Division Name > Team Name format. Required for events only.
Location: Location Name > Field Name format (optional).
Status: Unscheduled, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Postponed, Canceled, or Delayed.
Click Get Started.
On the right side of the page, track your progress with the Import Progress view. Completed steps will appear with a green checkmark.
Click Choose File and select the .CSV file from your device.
Match all column headers and click Next once complete.
If errors are found, make the needed corrections to your file and re-upload the corrected version.
Click Generate Schedule.
Once the upload is complete, click Finish.
