Delete a Season
NOTE: Deleting a season is not available for seasons with scheduled games. If you wish to delete a season with games scheduled, you must either delete the game(s) before deleting the season or edit the season's end date to a date in the past so it is no longer an active season.
Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management.
Locate the season you wish to delete, navigating between the Active Seasons and Past Seasons tabs as needed.
Next to the correct season, click the three-dot icon > Delete.
Confirm by clicking Yes, Delete.
Archive a Season
NOTE: Manually archiving a season is only available for seasons with no set end dates. For seasons with set end dates, once the end date passes, the system automatically archives the season to the Past Seasons tab and categorizes it as Expired.
Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management.
Locate the season you wish to delete.
Next to the correct season, click the three-dot icon > Archive.
Once you archive a season, it stays accessible in the Past Seasons tab, and the system categorizes it as Manually Archived.
