NOTE: A Venue is where the fields, rinks, courts, etc., are located geographically. Sub-venues are the individual fields, rinks, courts, etc., at the venue. Within Venues, add Open Hours to specify when the venue is open to help with scheduling.
Follow these guidelines to keep your Venues and Sub-venues organized.
Add a Venue
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Venues at the top of the screen.
In the upper right-hand corner, click Add Venue.
Type the Address or Venue Name in the field provided. Select the correct Verified Address or Venue Name from the suggested list.
Enter the sub-venues.
You must add a sub-venue to schedule games and events at a venue.
Sub-venues are used to specify venues when scheduling games and events.
Click Add Venue.
Add Open Hours
Once created, add Open Hours for scheduling to the venue.
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Venues at the top of the screen.
Click on the venue name to open the details.
Below Open Hours, click Add.
Select the checkbox next to each day the Venue is open and enter the correct hours. Once complete, click Save.
