Enhancements
Sports Administration
Added functionality to registration reporting, which now showcases who is rostered on Season Management teams. With this update, admins will be able to easily see what team a user is part of while looking at registration data.
Coming Soon: Finished work on the Team Center Submission integration. This will allow admins to create a standalone team and submit to parent organizations within Team Center. A full rollout of this functionality will occur at a later date.
Season Management
Completed work for mobile that adds information about players on the Game Details and Schedule page. With this update, parents can easily distinguish between their child’s team and the opponent; and is also helpful for cases where a parent has two children playing the same game on opposite teams.
Added the Team Page Season site to the teams list within Season Management. Now, clients can easily find and share the team pages for a team without navigating the entire season site. Please note, this is for Season Management only.
Coming Soon: Completed the Quality Review for Top down scheduling. This will give the ability for a parent organization, such as a national governing body, to schedule games for the child organizations to submit teams to them.
Bug Fixes
Sports Administration
Resolved an issue where the “Give Feedback” tab was stuck on the Roster page when printing.
Fixed an issue that prevented the manual entry of a date in the date of birth date picker.
Season Management
Fixed an issue with the Season Management Autoscheduler getting stuck on the loading screen.
Resolved an issue where teams / divisions were not populating in the team dropdown when the user was in the Create Game modal.
Fixed an issue in the calendar service where only attendees that the user had access to were returned, instead of all attendees.
TourneyMachine & SportsEngine AES
Enhancements
Created a list of all users in AES with the role of Check In that will be available for selection for an event.
Added a TeamCode validation to the Team Result import. A validation message of “{TeamName} TeamCode is in invalid format” will display for invalid team code formats and when non-printable characters are imported.
Added a tag for “Store Apparel” to SquadLocker on the (1) Event Listing, (2) Event Details, and (3) Post Schedule pages. The tag will redirect to a provided link from either (1) Create New Event or (2) Event Edit / Configuration.
Bug Fixes
Corrected an issue where the side menu buttons were out of the screen when a user was on the Manage Event page.
Resolved an issue in the Open Team Check In modal where the check in was unavailable.
