How to Share Changes to Teams with Your Affiliation

NOTE: If your season/teams have not yet been submitted, use the steps found here.

After your season and teams have been shared with your affiliation, roster changes may still be made. When changes are made, it is necessary to re-share teams to ensure your affiliation has the most up-to-date information.

  1. From SportsEngine HQ, click Competition > Season Management.

  2. Within the correct season, click the Teams tab.

  3. Check the box(es) next to the team(s) with the unshared changes.

    • Teams with unshared changes will appear with a grey information icon in the team name column.

  4. In the upper-right corner, click the three-dot icon, then click Share Rosters.

  5. Review the Division details and click Next.

  6. Review the People and Roles and click Next or Share to send the updated information to the affiliation.

    • If players or staff need memberships, you will be directed to a membership summary page that displays what's needed. Click Get Memberships to buy the required memberships and complete the share process.
