Add Events
Log in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.
Find the desired season, and click Schedule.
In the upper-right corner, click the three-dot icon > Add Event.
If you haven't scheduled any games or events yet, click Add Event in the center of the page.
Fill out the event details.
Event Name and Team(s) are required fields.
If scheduling an all-day event, select the All Day button.
To indicate that an event repeats, select the Repeats button.
The button will be highlighted in blue when successfully selected.
Select the repetition frequency from the Frequency dropdown.
Enter the date when the repetition ends.
To avoid any errors, ensure the end date falls within the date range of your current season.
If desired, add a description.
To alert teams of the new event, check the box to Notify teams of changes.
Click Add Event.
Edit Events
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.
Find the desired season, and click Schedule.
Locate the correct event.
Click the three-dot icon > Edit Event.
Adjust the event details as needed.
To edit all events in a recurring series, toggle on the Repeats button. Leave the button toggled off to edit only a single event.
To alert teams of the updates, check the box to Notify teams of changes.
Click Save.
