Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.
Within the desired season, click Schedule.
Click the three-dot icon > Add Event or Add Game.
Fill out the form details.
At least one team is required to add a game.
Event Name and Team(s) are required fields for events.
To alert teams of the new game or event, check the box to Notify teams of changes.
When finished, click Add Event or Add Game.
NOTE: When games or events are 48 hours away, rostered players receive a notification that includes their RSVP status. Notifications detailing the RSVP statuses of all rostered team members are sent to rostered staff members 24 hours in advance.
Adjust Calendar View
In the Schedule tab of Season Management, click the calendar icon to adjust your schedule view and see the monthly view of games and events.
NOTE: In the monthly view, you can only add games and events, access the scheduling assistant, and schedule summary. You must be in the list view to generate, score, import, and export games.
Click the list icon to switch back to the default list view.
Game Statuses
Unscheduled - The game does not have a set date and time.
Scheduled - The game has a set date and time.
In Progress - The game is ongoing.
Completed - The game is finalized.
Postponed - The game's date changed.
Canceled - The game is canceled.
Delayed - The game's start time is delayed.
Deleted - The game is no longer on the schedule list.
