Season Management - How to Schedule Games/Events

  1. Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.

  3. Within the desired season, click Schedule.

  4. Click the three-dot icon > Add Event or Add Game.

  5. Fill out the form details.

    • Division, Home Team, and Away Team are required fields for games.

    • Event Name and Team(s) are required fields for events.

  6. To alert teams of the new game or event, check the box to Notify teams of changes.

  7. When finished, click Add Event or Add Game.

Game Statuses

  • Unscheduled - The game does not have a set date and time.

  • Scheduled - The game has a set date and time.

  • In Progress - The game is ongoing.

  • Completed - The game is finalized.

  • Postponed - The game's date changed.

  • Canceled - The game is canceled.

  • Delayed - The game's start time is delayed.

  • Deleted - The game is no longer on the schedule list.
