Missing Need Help Tab

To view the "Need Help" tab, you must be logged-in and have either Full or Limited Access Admin permissions.

If you are a parent or athlete, the blue help center icon will appear at the bottom-right of the screen. For assistance, please contact your organization.

Troubleshooting the Need Help tab:

1. Clear your internet browser's cache and cookies, then restart your browser.

Once cleared, close and re-open your browser to see if the Help Button now works correctly.

2. Ensure there are no browser plug-ins/extensions that could be blocking access to the Help material.

  • uBlock Origin

  • AdBlock

  • DuckDuckGo

  • Any similar plug-in to those listed above

3. Disable Cross-Site Tracking

Chrome (Preferred Browser)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) near the top right of the window.

  3. Within the drop-down, click Settings.

  4. In the left-hand navigation, click Privacy and Security.

  5. Under “Privacy and security,” click Cookies and other site data.

  6. Slide Send a “Do not track” request with your browsing traffic Off.

  7. Click Confirm.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the hamburger menu button near the top right of the window.

  3. Within the drop-down, click Settings.

  4. In the left-hand navigation, click Privacy & Security.

  5. Below Enhanced Tracking Protection, click Custom.

  6. From the Cookies drop-down, select Cross-Site Tracking Cookies to disable them.

  7. Close the Preferences page to save changes automatically.

Safari (Not a Supported Browser)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari > Preferences.

  3. Next to Website Tracking uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

4. Ensure that third-party cookies are not being blocked within your browser settings.

Chrome (Preferred Browser)

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) near the top right of the window.

  3. Within the drop-down, click Settings.

  4. In the left-hand navigation, click Privacy and Security.

  5. Below Privacy and security, click Cookies and other site data.

  6. Select Allow all cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the hamburger menu button near the top right of the window.

  3. Within the drop-down, click Settings.

  4. In the left-hand navigation, click Privacy & Security.

  5. Below Enhanced Tracking Protection, ensure that Standard is your selection.

  6. Close the Preferences page. Any changes made will be automatically saved.

Safari (Not a supported browser)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. At the top of the page, click Safari

  3. Within the drop-down, click Preferences.

  4. At the top of the page, click the Privacy tab.

  5. Unselect Block all cookies.


4. If your facility uses a security firewall, please ensure that these URLs are white-listed to allow access to view the Help material.
