I Am an Admin but I Can't See My Edit Mode

You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - Website" permissions to update the website.

If you are no longer seeing your Edit Mode button, please follow the steps below:

Log Out and Log In

  1. In the top-right corner of your site, click your "initials" or "profile picture".

  2. At the bottom, choose Sign Out.

  3. In the top-right corner of your site, click Sign In.

  4. Input your "Email Address".

  5. Click Next.

  6. Input your password.

  7. Click Sign In.

NOTE: You should try to log out and log back in more than once.

Clear Your Browser Cache [Google Chrome]

  1. Click the three dots icon at the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Click Delete Browsing Data.

  3. On the Time Range drop-down, select All Time.

  4. Check the Cached images and files box.

  5. Click Delete Data.

Clear Your Browser Cache [Mozilla Firefox]

  1. Click the hamburger menu icon > Settings.

  2. Click Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section, then click Clear Data.

  4. Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

  5. Ensure the Cached Web Content box is checked.

  6. Click Clear.
