How to Merge Duplicate Profiles within MySE

NOTE: Only account owners can merge sub-profiles. If you are a Guardian, ask the account owner to merge any duplicate profiles within the account.

  1. Sign in and go to the Household tab of your dashboard.

  2. If duplicate profiles are present, a message indicating it is displayed. Click Yes to start the merge.

  3. Click Merge to confirm.

    • Basic information for the profile you merge will be lost if it differs from the other profile.

To merge within the sub-profile:

  1. Sign in and go to the Household tab of your dashboard.

  2. Click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the profile you are merging.

  3. Click the name of the profile you want to merge it with.

  4. Click Merge to confirm.

    • Basic information for the profile you merge will be lost if it differs from the other profile.
