If Members have trouble logging in, Admins can assist through the Member Directory. Users can also search for help articles by clicking the Need Help? button within MySE or by clicking here.
How to Send Sign-In Help:
NOTE: Only Account Owners can receive sign-in help. Click here to learn the difference between account owner and sub-profile.
Log in and navigate to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left-hand navigation panel, click Members > Directory.
Search for the member and click on their name.
Within their profile, locate the Account Information tile.
An athlete's sub-profile has a Parent/Guardian tile only. Click the account owner in the tile and locate the Account Information tile.
Click on the three dots, and click Send Sign In Help.
An email is automatically sent to the member with a sign-in link, along with password reset instructions.
