Admins can assist if someone within an organization's member directory is having trouble logging in. Users can also search for help articles by clicking the "Need Help?" button within MySE or by clicking here.
How to Send Sign-In Help:
Log in and navigate to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left-hand navigation panel, click Members and select Directory.
Search for the member and click on their name.
Within their profile, locate the Account Information tile.
Click on the three dots, and click Send Sign In Help.
An email is automatically sent to the member with a sign-in link, along with password reset instructions.
