NOTE: If a Participation Option is Disabled, it becomes unavailable to registrants at sign-up but may be enabled again at a later time if needed.
Deleting a participation option removes it from the signup. If needed at a later date, it needs to be added again manually.
To view how to edit a specific section of the program, click on the section's title: Signup Information, Participation Options, Electronic Documents, Payment Settings, Signup Fields.
To Edit Signup Information:
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Programs.
Locate the Program that needs editing and click on the desired Signup option.
Click the three vertical dots icon > Edit.
Editable options include signup name, dates the signup is open, who is notified, and who pays processing fees.
Make the desired changes and click Save.
To Edit Participation Options:
Participation Options include a Name, Price, Birthdate Range, and Gender.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Programs.
Locate the Program that needs editing and click on the desired Signup option.
Edit current information, disable options or add new ones:
Edit - To the right of the desired participation option, click the three vertical dots icon > Edit. Make the desired edits and click Save.
Delete - To the right of the desired signup option click the three vertical dots icon > Delete. To confirm, click Delete.
Disable - To disable signup options and make them unavailable for future registrants, to the right of the desired signup option click the three vertical dots icon > Disable. To confirm, click Disable.
Add a New Signup Option - To the right of Participation Options, click Add. Fill out the form and click Save.
To Edit Electronic Documents:
Update the Electronic Document's Title, Text, and Acceptance Text.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Programs.
Locate the Program that needs editing and click on the desired Signup option.
Edit the current documents, and remove or add new ones:
Edit - To the right of the desired Electronic Document, click the three vertical dots icon > Edit. Update the form as desired, and click Save.
Remove - To the right of the desired Electronic Document, click the three vertical dots icon > Remove. To confirm, click Remove.
Add - To the right of Electronic Documents, click Add > Add Document. Fill out the form and click Add. To use the new electronic document, ensure that it's selected and click Save.
To Edit Payment Settings:
Remove payment terms or edit installment dates.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Programs.
Locate the Program that needs editing and click on the desired Signup option.
On the Signup Information section, click the three dots icon > Edit.
Scroll down to the Payment Settings section.
To remove a payment term, click the x icon.
To edit an installment date, click the payment term and enter the new date.
When finished, click Save.
To Edit Signup Fields:
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
In the left navigation menu, click Programs.
Locate the Program that needs editing and click on the desired Signup option.
To edit the questions required at signup, under the appropriate Signup Forms, locate the category that needs to be updated and click Edit.
To include a question on the form, to the left of the available questions, check the box(es).
Click Save.
