How to Run a Membership Status Report

  1. Sign in and go to “SportsEngine HQ.”

  2. From the left navigation menu, click on Members > Directory.

  3. Click Filter.

  4. Next to Filter by, click the down arrow and choose Membership.

  5. Click Choose Data and select Membership Status.

    • If you need to filter by a specific membership, click Add Filter to add the Membership Name selection.

  6. Toggle between Is Paid, Pending, Expired or Canceled.

  7. Click Done.

    • Clicking Add Smart Group creates a dynamic group where anyone that fits the filtered criteria is automatically added to the group.
