Your organization must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription to utilize any Memberships and Eligibility functionality.

Memberships can be obtained in three ways. A membership can be bought directly through a link to a single membership, an admin can obtain a membership on behalf of another user, or a membership can be purchased through a shared membership link. In each case, the membership will be applied to an individual user.

Obtaining a Membership Directly

Once the user has access to the membership URL, follow these steps to complete the membership process.

  1. After clicking the membership link, the membership flow will open.

  2. Log in, and select the desired user in the account that the membership is meant for.

  3. Confirm the information of the user, and click Next.

  4. Complete any electronic documents such as waivers that may be required for eligibility. When finished with the documents, click Submit.

  5. Review the information for accuracy on the page, and click Continue to Payment.

  6. Fill out the correct payment information and complete the payment.

    • If the membership is free, the user will not see a payment page.

After completing the membership process, click the Continue to MySportsEngine button to find the membership and eligibility requirements in MySE. The user will also receive an email with eligibility requirements.

On Behalf of Memberships

To purchase a membership on behalf of an individual:

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Members > Directory.

  2. Using the search function, find and click the desired profile name.

  3. In the top right-hand corner of the profile page click the three dots > Buy Membership.

  4. Review the membership and click Review Order.

Upon completion of the membership purchase, an eligibility email will be sent to the individual so that eligibility requirements can be completed.

The individual will also receive an email detailing membership information.

Shared Membership Link

To purchase a membership through a shared membership link you will need to answer a series of questions so the system can determine the proper membership type for you.

  1. Click the membership link and follow the prompts to determine your membership type.

  2. Complete any electronic documents such as waivers that may be required for eligibility. When finished with the documents, click Submit.

  3. Review the information for accuracy on the page, and click Continue to Payment.

  4. Fill out the correct payment information and complete the payment.

    • If the membership is free, the user will not see a payment page.
