Season Management - Schedule Import

You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to import items.

Click here to download the Schedule Import template (.CSV). The following fields are included:

NOTE: An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

  • *Date: MM/DD/YYYY format.

  • *Time: HH:MM AM/PM format.

  • *Duration: number of minutes.

  • *Home Team: as entered in the Teams tab.

  • Home Team Score

  • *Away Team: as entered in the Teams tab.

  • Away Team Score.

  • *Division Name: as entered in the Divisions tab.

  • Venue: as entered in Season Management > Venues tab.

  • *Status: The statuses are Scheduled, Unscheduled, Cancelled, and Deleted.

To Start the Import:

  1. Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.

  3. Locate the desired season, and click Schedule.

  4. Click Import.

  5. Fill out the template with the game information, including the proper format and required fields.

  6. Click Add File and select the file from the computer.

  7. Complete the import by matching the column names and reserving the schedule's venues(s).

  8. Click Import Games > Close to complete the import.

Game Statuses

  • Unscheduled - The game does not have a set date and time.

  • Scheduled - The game's date and time are set.

  • In Progress - The game is ongoing.

  • Completed - The game is finalized.

  • Postponed - The game's date changed.

  • Canceled - The game is canceled.

  • Delayed - The game's start time is delayed.

  • Deleted - The game is removed from the schedule list.
