You must have "Full Access" permissions to view failed payments.
A payment may fail within a registrant's payment plan if the credit card on file expires, is canceled, or has insufficient funds.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on Financials > Orders.
On the Filter By Status drop-down, select "Past Due".
To view each sale in detail, click the "sale ID" of the order.
The registrant is notified of the failed payment.
To view the reason for the failed payment, scroll down to the Activity section, and click the "Transaction ID".
