You must have "Full Access" permissions to view failed payments.

A payment may fail within a registrant's payment plan if the credit card they have on file expires or is canceled. If the registrant follows the instructions to update their credit card and pay the amount owed, they will be removed from the failed payments area.

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click on the Registration tab, then choose Financial Summary.

  3. Click on the Failed Payments tab.

    • If you have the registrant's credit card information, you can select Make Payment and enter the information. If they want to update the information themselves, here is how.
