You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to send invitations.
Members receive an email and an alert in MySE to claim their account.
To invite and resend invitations to members to claim their accounts:
Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ"
In the left-hand navigation, choose Members > Directory.
Search the name or email address of the person you'd like to invite.
Under Profile Status, view the account status.
Click on the member name to invite or send a reminder.
For Uninvited members, click Send Invite, enter the email, then click Send.
For Invited members, click pending next to their email, then click Resend Invite.
