You must have "Full Access" permissions to cancel a claimed Dibs Item.
NOTE: You must contact a "Full Access" admin if you do not see the option to cancel a claimed Dibs item.
You can request to cancel a Dibs item you already claimed if you can no longer fulfill the volunteer task.
Sign in and go to the Dibs tab of your user dashboard.
Choose the Dibs Item you'd like to cancel.
Click Request Cancellation.
Click Request Cancellation again to confirm.
