How to Complete Payments Verification

NOTE: You must complete your Financial Settings before adding a bank account.

Bank Account Verification is required upon initial account setup, when new accounts are added, or when an account is made the new default.

NOTE: Existing organizations must complete verification upon reaching 15k in processed funds.

Organization types

Individuals must have bank accounts registered under the business owner's name on their Stripe account.

Sole proprietors, partnerships, and single-member LLCs must have bank accounts registered under their business DBA or representative name of their Stripe account.

LLCs, corporations, and non-profits must have bank accounts registered under the company's legal business name or DBA.

Document types

To meet the requirements, submit one of the following documents:

  • A bank account statement.

  • A bank letterhead.

  • A voided check.

Acceptable documents format

  • Documents must be uploaded in full color (no black-and-white scans).

  • Documents must be clear and large enough to read.

  • Photocopies are not accepted.

  • Documents must be valid and not expired.

  • Screenshot from the user's banking app.

  • Color Scan in .pdf format or photographs in .jpeg or .png formats.
