What Happens If My Payment Processing Application Was Not Approved? [Canadian Customers]

The Financial Contact will receive an email notifying them of the rejection if your Payment Processing Application gets declined.

  1. Within that email, click Update Application.

    • You will be brought to your Financial Settings page. It will outline what needs to be adjusted.

  2. Click Update Application again.

  3. Update the fields that need updating, then click Next/Submit for approval.
