After purchasing a membership, you will receive an email with eligibility requirements.
This email includes IMPACT certification if incomplete. Following membership purchase, the system imports your member data to show any active credentials earned in the past.
You may complete IMPACT certification through the eligibility email or MySE.
Eligibility Email
Open the Eligibility email and find IMPACT training. Click Complete Training.
The link will redirect to "USAV Academy," where you can complete training.
If you have any issues accessing your training, please contact USA Volleyball.
Upon completion, the system will update your requirement status.

Ensure you are on the Home tab.
At the top of the Home page, click Complete Training to begin the certification.
Complete the Impact Training.
Upon completion, the system will update your requirement status.
