The club is set to "Active" by default upon Club Affiliation.
If a club will no longer be affiliated with your region, you can remove them. This will hide/disable all affiliation points from the club's navigation menu but will still allow them to keep the member's within their directory and view (but not take action on) memberships that have been purchased.
To disable club affiliation:
From the left navigation menu, click Members > Directory.
Click the Clubs tab.
Find the club you wish to disable, and from the Status drop-down, choose Inactive.
Make any notes desired, and click Submit.
To enable a club affiliation:
From the left navigation menu, click Members > Directory.
Click the Clubs tab.
Find the club you wish to enable, and from the Status drop-down, choose Active.
Make any notes desired, and click Submit.
