NOTE: You will first need a USA Volleyball Membership under your account. If you do not have a Membership, you will not see this option.
Sign in to your account and click the Household tab.
Click on the profile that has eligibility requirements.
On the right side of the page, under the USA Volleyball Membership you'd like to view, click View Details.
Click Membership to view the membership and incomplete eligibility requirements.
Click the Credentials tab to view completed and expired Safety, Training, and Education requirements.
