NOTE: A Location is where the fields, rinks, courts, etc., are located geographically. Facilities are the individual fields, rinks, courts, etc., at the Location. Within locations, add Open Hours to specify when the location is open to help with scheduling.

Follow these guidelines to keep your Locations and Facilities organized.

Add a Location

  1. Log in to SportsEngine HQ.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Locations at the top of the screen.

  3. In the upper right-hand corner, click Add Location.

  4. Type the Address or Location Name in the field provided. Select the correct Verified Address or Location Name from the suggested list.

  5. Enter the location's facilities.

    • Facilities are used to specify location when scheduling games and events.

  6. Click Add Location.

Add Open Hours

Once created, add Open Hours for scheduling to the location.

  1. Log in to SportsEngine HQ.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Locations at the top of the screen.

  3. Click on the location name to open the details.

  4. Below Open Hours, click Add.

  5. Select the checkbox next to each day the Location is open and enter the correct hours. Once complete, click Save.
