NOTE: A Location is where the fields, rinks, courts, etc., are located geographically, while the Facilities are all of the individual fields, rinks, courts, etc., at the Location. Within locations, add Open Hours to specify when a location is open to help with scheduling.
Following these guidelines will keep your Locations and Facilities as organized as possible.
Add a Location
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Locations at the top of the screen.
In the upper right-hand corner, click Add Location.
Fill out the information required as well as any additional information.
Required: Location Name, Address, City, State, and Postal Code.
Optional: Location URL and Facilities.
Click Create.
Add Open Hours
Once a location has been created, add Open Hours to use for scheduling.
Log in to SportsEngine HQ.
In the left navigation menu, click Competition > Season Management. Click Locations at the top of the screen.
Click on the location name to open the details.
Below Open Hours, click Add.
Select the checkbox next to each day the location is open and enter the correct hours. Once complete, click Save.
