Your organization must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium or Pro subscription to utilize Membership and Eligibility functionality.
Members can add their digital membership cards to their phone’s wallet in two ways:
Through the email sent after player cards have been printed.
From their account on a mobile browser.
How to Access Membership Cards via Email
From a smartphone, navigate to your email inbox and open the “[Organization] Membership Email.”
Scroll to the bottom of the email.
On the member’s membership card, tap Add to Apple Wallet --OR-- Add to Google Pay.
How to Access Membership Cards via SportsEngine Account
From a smartphone, open the browser and go to my.sportsengine.com.
Enter your email/password and click Sign In.
In the top left-hand corner of the page, click the three horizontal lines > Household.
Select the desired member’s profile.
Below the Overview section, find the needed membership card and tap the three-dot icon.
Tap Add to Apple Wallet --OR-- Add to Google Pay.
If on an iPhone, click Add in the upper right-hand corner.
