Your organization must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription to utilize any Memberships and Eligibility functionality.

There are two ways members can add their digital membership cards to their phone’s wallet.

  • Through the email sent after player cards have been printed.

  • From their SportsEngine Account on a mobile browser.

How to Access Membership Cards via Email

  1. From a smartphone, navigate to your email inbox and open the “[Organization] Membership Email.”

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.

  3. On the member’s membership card, tap Add to Apple Wallet --OR-- Add to Google Pay.

How to Access Membership Cards via SE Account

  1. From a smartphone, open your browser and go to my.sportsengine.com.

  2. Enter the account owner’s email/password and click Sign In.

  3. In the top left-hand corner of the page, click the three horizontal lines > Household.

  4. Select the desired member’s profile.

  5. Locate the digital membership card and tap the Wallet icon in the top right-hand corner.

  6. Tap Add to Apple Wallet --OR-- Add to Google Pay

  7. If on an iPhone, click Add in the upper right-hand corner.
