NOTE: You must be rostered to a Team to chat.
Some chat functionality is currently in beta. Please contact your account manager to activate features for your organization.
Sign in and click My Organizations in the top right of your screen.
Under My Teams, click your team.
On the left side navigation, click the Chat tab.
Enter the desired message and include images, videos, polls, links, and mentions directly in the message.
To react to a chat, click the three-dot icon by a message to select your emoji reaction. Chat members can then see who has reacted to messages.
Click the plus icon to add an attachment. Include photos, videos, and files. Add up to 5 attachments per message.
Click the bar-graph icon to create a poll to include in your message.
When satisfied with your message, click the paper airplane icon to send.
After clicking Send, a check mark will indicate your message has been successfully sent, and double check marks indicate read receipts.
